Learning Technologies Analyst

Lazola is a Learning Technologies Analyst at CILT, where he supports the development and optimisation of digital tools and systems that enhance teaching and learning. His work focuses on translating institutional and user requirements into practical, technology-driven solutions that support effective and inclusive education.

His expertise includes business and systems analysis, data analysis and visualisation, process modelling, and workflow optimisation. He brings a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving, contributing to efficient and scalable processes aligned with institutional priorities.

Lazola began his career in the TVET sector, where he developed experience in teaching and ICT training before transitioning into higher education. He holds a BTech in Information and Technology Management, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, and a BCom Honours in Business and Systems Analysis. He is currently completing a Master of Commerce in Information Systems. His work is grounded in evidence-based practice, ethical technology integration, and data-informed decision-making.
