About SASSE

The South African Survey of Student Engagement (SASSE) gathers comprehensive information from universities relating to high-impact experiences and behaviours identified as influencing the teaching and learning experience.

Voucher Draw Standard Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility: The voucher draw is open exclusively to UCT undergraduate students who complete the SASSE survey.
  2. Entry: Upon completing the SASSE survey, you'll be automatically entered into the voucher draw. Each student is allowed only one entry.
  3. Draw Date: the draw will be held within 10 working days of the survey closing. Winners will be randomly selected and notified via their UCT email address.
  4. Collection: vouchers are virtual, and winners will be sent their vouchers to a valid UCT email address. Usage: Vouchers can be redeemed on Takealot.
  5. Voucher T&Cs: The rules and regulations for using the vouchers, including the redeemable period, are subject to the terms and conditions as outlined by Takealot. All participants are advised to familiarise themselves with these terms upon receiving the vouchers.
  6. Non-transferable: Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  7. Confidentiality: The personal details of the voucher winners will be retained for record-keeping purposes but will not be disclosed or used for any other purpose.
