Mashudu Raudzingana
Mashudu contributes to the development and ongoing enhancement of digitally supported teaching and learning initiatives across UCT. A core aspect of her role involves working collaboratively with academics to shape curricula, design purposeful assessments, and identify digital approaches that support effective and inclusive learning. Mashudu supports blended and online pedagogies through academic development initiatives, training, and facilitation, and actively contributes to CILT projects focused on innovation in digital learning and teaching. She also guest lectures on PGDip courses presenting on pedagogical strategies for technology‑enabled learning environments as well as her own research work. She undertakes research in higher education teaching and learning, and designs and develops short courses that have benefited the UCT community and broader audiences.

Mashudu holds a postgraduate qualification in Educational Technology and has more than six years of experience in learning design, complemented by five years of prior teaching experience. Mashudu is also an active researcher and published author, with contributions to academic literature and three authored textbooks. Mashudu regularly guest lectures and presents at both UCT and external academic and professional events.
