Senior Digital Designer

Faranaaz Rahbeeni Manager of the Digital Desing team at CILT, where she supports digitally enabled blended learning through the design and development of accessible, engaging, and pedagogically aligned digital content. Her core responsibilities include creating and adapting learning materials for online and hybrid environments, ensuring that design outputs meet accessibility standards and enhance the student learning experience. She works closely with academic staff and departments to translate curriculum needs into effective visual design solutions that support teaching, learning, and assessment.

Her work spans key areas such as digital learning design, media production, and project coordination. She contributes to curriculum development by designing visually coherent and interactive resources, supports assessment through clear, accessible design content structures, and plays a role in academic development by promoting best practices in visual design and user experience.
