Sisipho Gwama

Sisipho is a Junior Technologist Developer at CILT, where she supports the development and maintenance of digital systems that underpin teaching and learning. Her work focuses on contributing to software development initiatives and supporting the ongoing improvement of institutional platforms.

She brings experience across technical support, project coordination and software development, contributing to collaborative projects that strengthen digital learning environments.

Sisipho holds a qualification in Information Technology from the Walter Sisulu University and has completed a Project Management certificate through University of South Africa. She is currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Systems. Her experience spans the banking, training and insurance sectors, where she has developed skills in technical support, project coordination and software development.
