Aphiwe Ngunge
Aphiwe is a Learning Technologies Consultant at CILT, where he supports the use of digital tools to enhance teaching, learning and assessment at UCT. He works with academic staff, tutors and students to enable the effective use of learning technologies across the institution.
His role includes providing user support, facilitating training, and advising on the integration of learning technologies into teaching and learning practices. He brings experience across both administrative and academic contexts, contributing to responsive and practical support for a range of users.

Aphiwe holds a BCom in Economics from Walter Sisulu University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education Studies from University of Cape Town. He is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Curriculum Studies through University of South Africa. He brings nearly a decade of experience in both school and higher education contexts, along with experience in research systems support within UCT.
