Loyiso is an Online Learning Environment Developer in Learning Technologies Development at CILT, where he supports the development, maintenance and optimisation of institutional platforms and applications that enable teaching and learning. His work focuses on enhancing the functionality and user experience of learning management systems and related tools. He contributes to the improvement of digital platforms through development, system optimisation and the integration of new features that support effective and accessible learning environments.

Loyiso brings experience in PHP development and learning management systems, with a strong interest in improving user experience through practical technical solutions. He holds a National Diploma in Multimedia Technology, an Advanced Diploma in Informatics: Communication in Application Development from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, and a BCom Honours in Information Systems from the University of Cape Town. His work is shaped by a commitment to continuous learning and the ongoing evolution of digital education technologies.
