Lessons learned in student survey design: Insights from four use cases at UCT

The ability to design effective surveys is crucial for capturing student feedback and informing next steps. This session will delve into four distinct use cases at UCT where surveys were used to collect student experience data. This data was then analysed and reported on. Each case study will provide insights on how the survey design itself has impacted the usefulness of the data and its reporting. The  presentation will encourage participants to reflect on their own experiences and needs regarding survey design knowledge and capacity development.
