Nandi Namhla Mginqi

Nandi is qualified with a BTech in Marketing and her studies equipped her in computing, data management, finance, and a range of other areas useful in administration. She has experience in reception, office, and stock management.

She joined CILT towards the end of 2022 and has since gained invaluable knowledge and skills working with UCT systems and processes. Nandi provides helpful and friendly support in the CILT reception, and her easy-going nature is balanced with strict and efficient processes and operational frameworks. She is always eager to assist when needed, believes, and lives by the slogan “patience is the ability to let your light shine even after your fuse has blown”.

When she is not at work, she keeps herself busy with athletics (running races and socialising with teammates) and aerobics.
