Dr Greig Krull

Greig Krull an academic developer (Senior Lecturer) at the Centre for Innovation for Learning and Teaching (CILT) at the University of Cape Town. His current research focuses on academic staff development for designing blended and online learning in higher education, with a particular focus on academic professional learning and the use of data analytics to inform learning design and facilitation. He teaches on the Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Technology and several short courses.

 

He holds a PhD in Education and ICT (eLearning) from the Open University of Catalonia (Spain) and an MCom (Information Systems) from Rhodes University. He is currently co-Deputy Chairperson of the Higher Education Learning and Teaching Association of Southern Africa (HELTASA) and a member of the International Advisory Board for the International Journal of Educational Technology in Higher Education.
