Lovejoy Marozhe

Lovejoy is an Online Learning Designer at CILT, where he supports the design, development and enhancement of online, blended and hybrid learning experiences across the university. He works with academic staff to design courses, develop assessments, and integrate digital tools that strengthen teaching and learning.

His work includes building course sites, supporting technology-enhanced pedagogy, and contributing to projects focused on digital learning innovation, learning analytics, and socially responsive curriculum design. He brings a strong focus on improving student engagement through thoughtful course design and the effective use of data.

Lovejoy holds a Master of Education in Educational Technology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Technology from the University of Cape Town. With over 15 years of experience across higher education, corporate learning and instructional design, he brings expertise in course development, technology-enhanced teaching, project management, and the full online learning design lifecycle.
