Cath is currently working part-time as a Consultant with CILT, University of Cape Town where she completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Technology (PGDip). She is assisting with the implementation and support of various new and existing online learning tools, Vula support and site reviews, and contributes towards CILTs information and support channels through webinars, resource creation, conference and event assistance.

She is also a member of the e/merge Africa core team and co-facilitator of the Facilitating Online Course. She has previously worked at UCT as a Senior Content Architect in Systems Division at the ICTS Department working primarily with metadata and information architecture services, UCT Mobile and UCT Administrative Forms
