Alicia Ernstzen-Moolow
Alicia is a Learning Technologies Consultant at CILT, where she supports the effective use of digital tools to enhance teaching, learning and assessment at UCT. She works with academic and administrative staff, tutors and students to ensure the meaningful use of Amathuba and related learning technologies.
Her role includes providing user support via email and telephonic channels, facilitating end-user training, and offering guidance on the integration and use of learning technologies. She also contributes as a product specialist for The Learning Store.

Alicia holds a BSocSc and BSocSc (Hons), as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Management: Information Systems, and is currently in the dissertation phase of her Master’s degree in Information Technology. Her experience across the university context informs her approach to enabling thoughtful, effective and contextually relevant use of digital learning technologies.
