Alicia Ernstzen

Alicia supports the use of learning technologies to enhance teaching, learning, and assessment at UCT. She assists academic and administrative staff, tutors, and students to use the Amathuba LMS and related educational technologies effectively. Her role includes providing user support telephonically and via email, facilitating end-user training, and advising on the use of learning technologies and integrated tools. Related to this, she also acts as a product specialist on The Learning Store.
