Mishka Reddy
Mishka works on course and curriculum design at CILT, supporting the development of teaching and learning initiatives across the university. Her role includes designing assessments and student engagement activities, selecting appropriate pedagogical approaches and tools, and coordinating course production teams to ensure effective delivery.
She works predominantly with academic staff in the Commerce, Humanities and Law (CHL) faculties, overseeing course development projects and supporting the integration of sound learning design practices across disciplines.

Mishka is a scholar-practitioner with an interest in how ideas translate into everyday practices in higher education. Her work engages with academic writing as a social practice and explores the visible and less visible role of technologies in universities. She is currently pursuing a PhD in this area.
