Karin Reissenauer

Karin joined CILT in early 2021 to manage the LPUP (Learning Platforms Update Project) which is reviewing the university’s core digital learning platforms and associated tools to meet the needs of UCT’s teaching and learning community for the next 5 to 10 years. Karin previously worked in UCT’s HR Systems and Support Office as project manager for the SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementation, which is UCT’s staff learning and training portal. She also worked in the Department of Information Systems for over 3 years as the ESEFA (Enterprise Systems Education for Africa) project manager responsible for project implementation, marketing and roll-out, partnership liaison and support across sub-Saharan Africa. Karin has more than 17 years project management experience, and has a technical, systems development and analysis background, having worked in the IT profession for over 30 years, predominantly in the corporate sector across an array of industries.
