Naledi Hlalukana

Naledi is the Operations Coordinator at CILT, where she oversees the coordination of academic, operational and administrative functions across the centre. Her work supports the effective functioning of CILT through operational planning, coordination and administrative oversight.

Before joining CILT, Naledi worked at the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) in the Business Development and International Liaison Unit, and later held roles within the University of Cape Town in the Department of Medicine and the Department of Political Studies. Her professional experience spans higher education administration, operations coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Naledi holds a Bachelor of Administration in Public Administration and Political Studies from the University of the Western Cape and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management in Business Communication from UCT. She is currently completing an MPhil in Inclusion and Innovation at the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business. Her interests include politics, public affairs and inclusive institutional development.
