Mary-Ann Fife
Mary-Ann leads the integration of learning analytics as a core capability within CILT, advancing data-informed, digitally enabled education across the university.
She supports data-informed course design through the Amathuba Accelerate initiative and contributes to institutional projects that enhance teaching, learning, and student success. She works closely with academic staff, faculty leadership, and institutional partners to translate data into actionable insights.

Mary-Ann holds a Master’s degree in Educational Technologies and has over ten years of experience in blended and online learning across higher education in addition to her private sector experience. Her expertise includes learning analytics, course design, and cross-institutional project coordination.
