Faranaaz is a Creative Director with a background in management and implementing creative solutions from print to digital. Her +20 years’ experience includes management, creative direction and design, with a deep understanding of brand values. Some of the brands she has worked on and overseen as a Group Art Director at New media Content agency is Multichoice, Ackermans, Supersport,M-net and Media 24.
At the end of June 2020 Faranaaz completed an accredited year long course on Future Studies. Modules include Design Thinking, Game Theory and Systems Thinking, to name a few. She considers herself to be an organisational designer -- the process of aligning the design with the organisation and its objectives, with the ultimate aim of improving efficiency and effectiveness through visual problem solving. She also worked 2 years in government with the Transport department. Part of her role there as consultant was to embed creative thinking and align creative outputs with Change management.
