Mishka Reddy

Learning Designer
Mishka has a deep interest in the intersection between education and social justice. She has experience working in the NGO sector within a higher education programme for refugees and people on the move where she led the design, implementation and evaluation of academic programming and policies for students enrolled in an online, competency-based education undergraduate degree. She completed her Master of Public Health specialising in policy and health systems with research focussing on gender equity for health leadership. Her approach to learning design is rooted in social justice and learner-centred pedagogic practices.
